"Lovely place for couples in the heart of downtown Napa Construction next door hurt the vibe, and valet was packed when we arrived, so we parked nearby on the street and moved the car the next day to a new spot. This worked out each day, probably because it was not high tourist season. The rooftop is nice, but the bar food was average. Most people probably go for drinks. Go somewhere else for meals. Saturday night had live music in the lobby, which was wonderful. People were singing along...

"I loved the live singing performance in the lobby. The rooftop amenities are fantastic!!! I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Excellent location and the staff are so incredibly helpful. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you"

"Very uncomfortable bed, terrible HVAC. The front desk wanted $40 for check in at noon even when the room was ready. Not very humble and welcoming to travelers needs."

"Nice and friendly staff, thank you"

"Small but comfy rooms. Enjoyed cookie hour and washrooms were very spacious. Breakfast was really good!"

"The room was nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. However, the common areas were disappointing, especially the pool and spa facilities. The pool was not warm enough, and the hot tub was not working during our stay. Another inconvenience was that the dry sauna required a reservation, which made it less convenient to...

"Nice, cozy place to stay with breakfast brought to you at your choice of time. Nice big restrooms as well."

"Good Stay"

"The room photos used on websites are inaccurate. The room smelled bad when we first arrived, but cleared out after keeping air conditioning running. Many of the outlets didn’t work, but it didn’t bother us because we were out and about most of the time. The BEST aspect of the hotel is the parking and the location! I would come back because of the location."

"We loved the Napa Inn and Spa Great room Very comfortable bed Awesome breakfast everyday Location is perfect"
