I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made for a pleasant stay.
The location is excellent, with easy access to local amenities, restaurants, shops, and transport links, making it a great base for exploring the area.
The room was clean and comfortable, although it was a little on the small side. During my visit, the weather was exceptionally warm, and unfortunately there were no air conditioning controls in the room. As only one window could be opened, the room became quite hot and uncomfortable at times. Opening the window helped, but it also exposed the room to a significant amount of noise from outside, particularly during the night.
Despite these issues, the hotel's great location and friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay. If room temperature and noise control were improved, it would make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience.

Lovely property in a great location. It was a very busy weekend and I had a single room at a very high price. The bathroom was just redone and spacious. The room itself was so tiny - not great value for money but I suspect at normal prices it’s better. You really have to be in bed if you’re in the room. Helpful friendly staff and good amenities (very nice towels and linens.

"Property is very dated with dark furnishings but kind’f clean. TV can’t connect to YouTube or Other Apps No AC. Heated Towel rack doesn’t work. Beds are comfortable and location is close to transit. 15-20mins walk to Gamla Stan and Ferries. Probably won’t stay again."
