"Clean room nice view but the outdoor pool look like it hasn’t been clean and ran out of body wash since I guess they didn’t refill when they gave us room. When I found out it was too late cause housekeeping wasn’t there."

"Room had an old musky odor, property is in need of remodeling. First BW that didn't have a coffee machine in rooms or complementary on the lobby. Had to go in the cafe and pay $4.75 for a cup of coffee. There was no complementary breakfast. "

"Just stayed at the Dana. It was super peaceful and had everything you needed at the resort. They were able to take us to SeaWorld with the resort shuttle for $10 round trip. The firefly restaurant was great although a little expensive for hotel guests. The 2 pools were beautiful. "

"The resort is very nice and in a great location. My biggest complaint is the FREEZING pool and TINY hot tubs. No one wants to be in the pool because it’s too cold, and the hot tubs are over crowded. For such a high resort fee and high parking cost I would expect the pool to be heated. The pool service also closes too early. I honestly probably wouldn’t come back just for that reason alone. "

"I was expecting so much more from a 4 star resort. This place is 2 stars at BEST. It is very reminiscent of camping. It is very isolated and it feels like it is tucked away in the woods. We kept finding little bugs everywhere. Especially behind the curtains there were upwards of 100s of bugs. The rooms felt damp and in desperate need for renovation. The table was wobbly and everything feels unclean. It is also poorly lit at night and it feels very unsafe. I booked for two nights for my family at $832 but they charged my credit card $1200 without any explanation for the surprise increase in price. The minute I checked in, I couldn’t wait to check out and go home. I am honestly so disappointed and was really looking forward to the 4 star experience. If you want to PAY for 4 stars but EXPERIENCE 1-2 stars, then this is the place for you."
