"Shockingly poor resort for a global brand like Movenpick. Customer service is generally appalling (few exceptions), very few staff speak even a basic level of English, quality of food is average at best, rooms are incredibly dated, all inclusive drinks are of very low quality"

"Stunning view and exceptional service, but maintenance and food need urgent attention
I recently stayed at your resort and I have very mixed feelings about my experience. There were highlights that made the trip special, but also some disappointments that hindered the overall quality.
The Highlights:
First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Amir for his professional handling of our check-in and for providing us with a free room upgrade, which we truly appreciated.

"Was a nice experience, but not the best , honestly they have a very nice team of Animation they are very friendly specially for kids activities.
But the Hotel doesn't have any nice view , if you want to go to the beach you have to ride a shuttle but 30 minutes to visit another Hotel beach,
If we will talk about the food , unfortunately not good at all , i think the F&B stuff needs some training and they need a real chef

"Fantastic resort. I would recommend & would stay again. It has access to a sister resort across the street, delicious buffet options, great a la carte options, nice drinks, good rooms, & great staff service."

"The first room we checked into was dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we found that the heater didn’t work. We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). The staff was friendly but our experience was just ok."
"We had a wonderful holiday and truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. Housekeeping did a great job.
The food in the main restaurant was always delicious, in fact, after one week we all gained some weight! 😊 We also visited the Oriental and Indian à la carte restaurants. Both were tasty and offered an interesting experience with different flavors and атмосpheres.
The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I would especially like to highlight Meryam at the reception — she was professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist us.
The only downside during our stay was the very loud music by the pool on Friday when they organized an event with huge inflatable mattresses. The music was extremely loud and lasted for about four hours. Unfortunately, our child could not fall asleep in the room because of the noise.
Overall, however, the hotel is very quiet and pleasant, at least in February. We were also lucky with the weather. There were only two days with a cold wind, and the rest of the time we enjoyed beautiful sunshine.
The hotel territory is well-maintained and beautiful, with many nice spots for photos. There is also a souvenir shop, as well as a spa offering massages, saunas, and a jacuzzi.
We would happily recommend this hotel and would consider coming back again."
"Amazing stay. Rooms were spotless with great housekeeping. Staff were fantastic, super attentive and friendly. Easy to get sunbeds by pool and beach. Great selection in buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Lovely beach with music and cocktails on beanbags at sunset which was really nice. Could not fault the hotel at all. "
"Far From a Four-Star Experience
Let me be clear: this is not a four-star hotel. Our stay was a cascade of problems that management consistently failed to properly resolve.
It began with significant cleanliness issues in our first room. Despite assurances, the problem was never fixed, leading to a room change. This "upgraded" room, however, introduced a host of new plumbing disasters. The sink faucet's pressure was so intense it soaked our clothes and the counter, while the shower head was aimed at the back wall, flooding the floor due to a poorly-sealed glass partition.
After I took time out of my vacation to meet with the manager and explain the situation, I was promised everything would be fixed. We returned later to the smell of fresh caulk and a re-angled (but still not adjustable) shower head. The original leak was gone, but a new one had appeared. The shower's improper drainage pitch sent a stream of water along the glass ledge and right back onto the floor. Our only solution was to build a dam with our clean towels every time we showered.
The sink was never fixed by the hotel. I finally had to play DIY plumber, swapping the faucet tap with one from the shower to get a usable water flow. It's unbelievable that I had to fix it myself. We tried to make the best of our trip, but the constant frustration and unresolved issues made it clear: this is NOT a four-star hotel.
Needed this vacation to decompress. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!!"
"Mohammed and the rest of his team were amazing, a peaceful oasis from the chaos of it all, they ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible and will go out of their way to accommodate you. Food is also amazing and local. "
