It is a quaint suite on the 4th floor so you must be able to do stair with your bags. There is a view from the bedrooms up and down morris st and a back balcony overlooking the parking area. "This is not a 4 star hotel. Bonvoy is crap. Asked for a higher floor room call when to a call center and was not conveyed to the hotel. Dog poop on the main lobby. Yuk"

"The rooms were good and spacious - a little dated. No slippers or robes provided. towels are not fluffy. We had a room on the 2nd floor facing the street and the street lights are super bright. Breakfast was adequate and not late enough - weekends till 10am and weekdays till 930am. Should be later. Suite have everything you need. Did not use gym. At least 5 blocks up from the Waterfront area. Lots of restaurants and bars and entertainment around."
