After flying all night and taking the train from Copenhagen, we arrived late and exhausted—but were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They greeted us with smiles, kindness, and understanding, and were both helpful and efficient throughout our stay. They offered great recommendations, including a nearby restaurant (Plates), where to do laundry, as well as information about the pool and self-service kitchen. "The property had flaking paint in bedroom looked like water damage. Overall cleanliness was poor lots of dust and cobwebs particularly upstairs behind sofa bed. Covers off sockets in two rooms. Lamp needs attention upstairs. Needs curtains in bedrooms to block out the light. We have stayed at this resort three times never had issues before."
