Everything I needed was there, any questions I had were answered quickly by the staff in a friendly manner. I was out for the evening and was greeted warmly by the reception staff upon my return, asking if I had had an enjoyable evening. This was lovely. Self serve breakfast in the morning was served in the restaurant which was spotless. The food was plentiful and hot. Plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juices. A lovely relaxed stay and would highly recommend. Very good value for money."

"A clean hotel and a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Parking is extremely limited but the West End Road car park is only a short walk away and both reasonable cost and easy to pay via the MiPermit app (which will give you a Vat receipt afterwards). The buffet style breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean and the staff helpful."
