"Wir waren 10 Tage unterwegs quer durch die Türkei, haben in 4 verschiedenen Hotels übernachtet. Die letzte Nacht vor dem Abflug nach Hause übernachten Wir WIEDER in diesem Hotel…WARUM ??? Weil es ist fast wie nach Hause kommen…. Es ist SAUBER , Parkservice TOP wenn man mit Leihauto unterwegs ist , Frühstück ausreichend für ein Stadthotel , ZENTRAL essen gehen, Metro usw das Personal mach einen sehr guten Service/vorbildlich . "

"When we arrived they asked us if we wanted to add breakfast that it will be 20€ xtra x person, the next day they changed 40€ for breakfast, there reasoning was that 20€ x person was for the previous day even tho we arrived at 3 pm, we paid and ask didn’t we paid in advance said no , supposedly it was a coupon that the breakfast was 30 and with the coupon was 40€. Thank you"

"Wifi was very slow. The electricity was not working well, as the floor lamp was not working. The room is too dark. —The restaurants around the hotel are minimal. Breakfast is very nice. "

"I slept well, location great and apartment was large. Breakfast was good too, just a small issue with locating the table salt as most of the salt containers were empty - something that staff should check on daily basis. Reception staff was helpful but did not have a map of the city when i asked."

"Nice room: opening window, comfortable bed/nice bed linen, tea-making facilities/toiletries/minibar stocked with snacks and drinks/complimentary water, a working socket either side of bed. Hotel has a good lift (my room was on 5th floor). All in all, a very good quality:price ratio (I paid £38 for one night on 26 Dec). Staff at reception were also helpful, giving me good recommendations for dinner and for getting my bus ticket/reaching bus station the next day. I woke up too late to make it to...

"The room was great. The staff wasn't nice as I expected. The location was awesome just 3 minutes walk by train station. But people around there look so scared. Most of them stirred at us. It was a really new experience in my life. Nice hotel anyway."

"This is a simple hotel, but is very well-located (short walk to the bazaar, the harbor, and more). Rooms are quite small, but clean. The breakfast is good, and includes a variety of items. Street noise is low, but in the two nights we were there it seemed a lot of guests were coming and going (and slamming doors) well past midnight. We also found an unusually high amount of cigarette smoke smell wafting through the hotel (even for Turkiye, where cigarette smoke is everywhere). Not sure if it...

"Rooms were clean and the amenities were good. Staffs were kind and tried to help even though the language were not perfect to both of staffs and guests. Breakfast was fair and the taste good. The location of the hotel was in the bazar(traditional market place) and didn't have a owned parking space for self driving guests. So it was confused to park my vehicle for me. It's location was very close to the Agora of Smyrna(the old historical ruin) in 7 minutes by walking. If a guest want to visit...

"Clean room, staff were very nice and there was a good range of food for breakfast. We asked for a late checkout and were very happy the staff agreed on our request. Very accommodating hotel and the location is very good.👌"
