"Needs a good Cinderella cleaning. Mold and dirt around the window. Large crack on wall. Etc. Elevator sounds like it needs maintance. Metal springs in bed were so noisy they woke us up. Wont stay there again"

"Parking and access to rooms was easy, beds were comfortable. Room was large and updated and clean with plenty of towels in great condition. They were doing updating on the main floor so breakfast was not available. There was a bistro and Wendy's in the parking lot so we didn't mind not having breakfast at the hotel this one night stay. Came in contact with 3 staff members and they were all fantastic."

"When we were told the elevator was not working, we requested a ground floor room and were accomodated with a ground floor room. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices and was very good."
