"Staff is awesome! Food is great! Fried artichoke appetizer is a must have! Walking distance to everything! Perfect weather! Great trip!"

"Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!"

"Please avoid this hotel if you don’t want to deal with cockroaches, bedding with urine stains and broken shower heads. My family and I had three rooms for 2 nights and had to move out of one because of a HUGE COCKROACH. Another room had sheets on one of the beds with very obvious urine stains so housekeeping obviously isn’t paying attention to what they’re doing. And the shower head in the third room came off completely due to a crack in the plumbing. I’ve got pictures and videos of all of this...

"Second time staying here and it gets better every time , this is the recharge everyone needs. You feel disconnect although you have Hampton roads at your finger tips. Highly recommended"

"The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked."

"Excellent breakfast Room clean and comfortable The staff we met very friendly/nice The shower was very hot but difficulty in adjusting"

"Everything was good"

"The room did smell a little like mildew and the room didn’t have a lot of light. Natural light and lights within the room."

"The stay was good, just need to fix the hot water and the toilet and they will be great. I will stay here again. The staff was great."

"The hotel was pretty low budget. The sheets had to be returned several times after spots and blood stains were observed. We had to take the sheets to the front desk ourselves to switch it out. The phone didn’t work in the room so we had to contact them in out cell. The sofa bed had springs coming out the towels were dirty and we got them straight from the housekeeper who was washing fresh loads. The bathroom water got stopped out and the housekeeper never came into the room to clean after three...

"Older facility…poorly maintained…literally the ‘last resort’ as we were attending activities in Hampton but everything was sold out. Mold in bathroom tub…bugs crawling on floors. Heating unit only blew cold air. The thick glass around the lobby desk should have been an indication of what to expect."
