"Sebasco is a special place and we had a wonderful couple of days there! The salt water pool on the bay is truly amazing and we can't wait to go back! The golf course was very solid and the restaurant / bar was quite good as well! Rooms were a little dated, but comfy."

"Beautiful place to stay! Would recommend highly. Very friendly staff! Clam chowder, fish and chips, and atmosphere was awesome."

"We did not expect this venue to be as nice as it was. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Huge shower, acceptable breakfast and nice location. This should be your base camp to visit Bath, Wiscasset, Brunswick, Freeport and even Portland."

"Breakfast was wonderful, property was clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Stayed for 2 nights and we loved every minute of it. I was a HIE girl until now, I well be changing to Hampton."

"Very comfortable & clean room. Front desk staff were very welcoming, helpful & friendly. Food in restaurant good quality. Good parking."

"Two accidents waiting to happen. Should be attened to. Rounded tub bottom with NO anti-slip. Back door curbing should be painted yellow. Otherwise, good."

"Mildew in the shower, ragged chair, tiny pillows…not what is expected for a luxury stay, especially for the price. We won’t be back."

"Very convenient location. We were able to stay at this location both on our way East and on our return trip. Great location and breakfast, friendly staff and clean, comfortable room!"

"Shower head is dirty. Air conditioning is not cool at all and dirty as well."

"Located right on the water - quiet, beautiful setting and views. Food and drink were delicious and great staff."

"The property is unique in that it is located on the waterfront in Boothbay Harbor. You walk out your door & practically on the water. The hotel is close to shopping & dining"

"Breakfast was great- the rooms where clean and there were a lot of details taken care of."

"Loved the location, the staff and the restaurant was wonderful. I could have been more attentive to the room I was booking which was on the lower level - Family room - in the cottage. Great for a family stay but not quite the more romantic stay we had intended. Still a great place to go - short walk to Bowdoin."
