"I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead.

"My stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me.
