"For such a small space they have really did a good job with the room arrangement. Small fridge and stove top unheard of for a studio but Vancouver delivered."

"Great value and location. Kitchen was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend."

"Easy check in. Got upgraded to a family room with two beds and a kitchen unit with an oven, microwave and fridge which was nice. Fairly standard, for £80 in Hammersmith it wasn't bad."

"Studio was really well equipped and great location for a family party all in all great accommodation"

"The ease of communication and being informed before our arrival and during our time was comforting. The staff was easily to get ahold of and attentive when we arrived. The unit was beautiful and provided excellent amenities. The areas is easily walkable, very safe and alot of nearby places to eat and access nearby for paid parking and including right in front for free. I highly would recommend this location and this hotel group."

"The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The downsides were that the room had 15+ hairs on the floor of the bathroom, which could only be seen if you close the door. Their turn down service is every 3 days, but you can request more often if you want. The staff on Mondays are not the regular staff and they can't provide you with towels, however they were able to provide...

"All very very good!"

"Pretty close to restaurants, shops, and tube station. Pretty convinient and big size of room comparing with the similar price hotel in london."
