Definitely coming back!

Excellent place to stay! Friendly people, beautiful accommodations! Perfectly located and has a rooftop pool to boot! The only criticism would be the mattresses… they were too firm for our liking and it made it hard to sleep, but we like soft beds so anyone else may not have an issue at all. We are already planning our next trip to Malta and plan to book here again

Extremely noisy student hotel

Extremely noisy due to the number of students staying there, not sure if normally that many students or whether it was for a particular event. Large groups gathering in rooms, screaming, shouting and banging doors for about an hour before going out after midnight! As it is an Aparthotel there is no reception to inform after 10pm but when we informed them the next morning, when checking out, someone went up to deal with it as had had other complaints. Rooms are quite basic but comfortable enough, but for the cost was as expected. Pool is not big, but is warm and perfect for cooling off. Could do with more than 2 umbrellas around pool as no shelter when not in water. Location is great. You get what you pay for, if it hadn't been for the noise then would have been good value for money. However I would think twice about staying there, or anywhere that does not have 24 hour reception to deal with issues.

This was a generally good stay, but the check-in was stressful and affected the stay. We arrived after hours with instructions to get in but were given the wrong room number, with guests already occupying this room. It took several attempts to reach someone to provide us with the proper room number and instructions. The hotel did not provide any reassurance or compensation for this error and seemed not really to care. I am sure it was just a mix-up; otherwise, the stay was fine, but this was definitely a stressful situation.

Utter rubbish

Nice position BUT goes down hill from there! Beds were wobbly and flimsy. Some sockets were loose. Bedside tables had lights but no sockets to plug them in. Some sockets were blocked off with plaster - plugs couldn't plug in!, fire doors were left wedged open. The pool wasn't filled. The manager fobbed us off, via his very young and distressed staff, with all of our concerns esp the pool and doors. Eventually we transferred to a different apartment hotel. Never going back!

Grei leilighet som var enkelt møblert. Dårlige senger. Godt plassert med tanke på fergekaien, sentrum, handlesenter og restauranter. Vi hadde noe havutsikt. Det var enkelt å kommunisere med personalet. Leiligheten ble ikke rengjort under oppholdet, men vi fikk rene håndklær på forespørsel. Mulighet for å vaske klær i komplekset. God Wi-Fi. Totalt sett ok med tanke på pris.

This hotel is awful, beyond any other I've stayed at, anywhere! I'm limited by the word count here, otherwise I would go into great detail about how terrible the stay was, but suffice to say the rooms aren't great - quite shabby and unloved and fairly dirty when you arrive, the floor in ours was filthy. We even found a cockroach at one point. Most of the furniture is broken or in disrepair, the kitchen was made from spares and leftovers and had broken doors and units, and all of the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. On top of that, the hotel is full of students and groups of party goers, who make loud noise constantly and prevent anyone getting any kind of sleep, it's terrible! We had numerous items thrown onto our terrace, ranging from towels, litter, food, cigarettes and then a full bottle/ashtray which splashed all over my wife! Despite repeatedly complaining and asking for something to be done, the hotel simply offered to move us to a different room with no terrace this time (so a downgrade effectively) and still right next to the noisiest group, and refused any kind of refund or compensation. DO NOT STAY HERE! It is the worst hotel we have ever been in, and Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for even advertising it. To call the apartment 'Deluxe' is a total lie. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me, and will never be using Expedia after this for anything!

Stedet ligger super fint, i anden række fra havnepromenaden, så kun en kort gåtur ned hvor der ligger en del restauranter og tæt på byen med en del butikker. Værelset var fint, og rent men der var ikke ret mange stikkontakter og den der var, var skjult bagved skabet.. Sengene var heller ikke deluxe men tager man prisen i betragtning så var det fint. De var super søde i receptionen, hvis man manglede toiletpapir, eller rene håndklæder osv blev det straks udleveret. Der ligger en super hyggelig café ved siden af receptionen, hvor man kan spise hele dagen.. vi bestilte pizzaer og de var super gode.

La ville est en travaux de partout :( appartement spacieux, petite terrasse vue sur mer. Emplacement bon, non loin des bars et restaurants de Sliema. Embarcadere pour Valetta, les îles de Gozo et Comino à proximité. Bon séjour.

Appartement agréable, dans l’ensemble (salon, chambre). Dans la salle de bain, baignoire peu pratique et agencement peu fonctionnel (difficile de faire sécher les serviettes). Équipement de cuisine: très fourni mais pas de cafetière! Suggestion: préciser pour les arrivées tardives (pas de réception) comment trouver le « block 1 » et le « block 2 ». Le personnel de la réception est sympathique et serviable.

部屋の広さも思った以上に広く、キッチンの設備が、十分整っていた。また、スーパー数件あるので、買い出しに便利だった。 スリーマバスターミナルに近いため、あちらこちらと行きやすかった。 スタッフも親切に対応してくれた。 しかし、 無料のランドリーあるが、約50室に対して洗濯機2機しかないため、毎回混んでいた。さらに、別館に泊まると、わざわざ外に出ないといけない。 床の防音がなされていないため、椅子や机の音が響く。 今回の宿泊で一番困ったのは、誰かが深夜１時ごろ、部屋でタバコを吸ったため、火災報知器が鳴ってしまった。しかも、スタッフは、朝８時から夜１０時までしか滞在していないため、連絡が取れず、宿泊者は、困惑していた。過去にもこのようなことがあったらしい。

Es war gut nur der Kühlschrank, Wasserhahn, Spülung, Duschkopf waren kaputt. Ebenso hat das Bett geknarzt und das Wasser war irgendwann einfach weg. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit. :)
