"When we checked in, there was a strong smell of weed coming from across the front desk and also in the elevator. We checked in late, around 11:30pm, so maybe getting high is a night shift perk. The room was very plain, but seemed to be clean. Beds were comfortable. Biggest complaint is the nonstop loud traffic noise coming from the street below. No bedside clock. Breakfast was just meh. We won’t be back."

"Excellent"

"Huele muy bien limpio todo"

"Very kind and helpful staff, clean and spacious (if weirdly designed) room. Solid hotel"

"Very nice convenient place to stay when visiting Busch Gardens. The only thing I wish they would change is that their rooms had 2 queen beds instead of full beds. That is the only thing that makes it difficult when staying with a family and you need multiple beds. If it's just a couple they have kings, but that isn't helpful with a family of 3 or more."

"Tv didn’t work No WiFi . Mattress was hard. No courtesy at all.."

"Well, it is said you pay for what you get. There was no hot water for the first 3 days of our 7 day trip. The microwave in the room did not work. The base boards behind bed were dusty. I couldn't use phone to call front desk because handset was filthy so I used my cellphone. I wanted to save money but next time I will think of comfort."

"The room was dirty, cockroaches and other insects in our room. Moved to a new room, it had dirty sheets."
