"I checked in with my wife later than we thought we were going to check in. The front desk was helpful and called us to make sure we were on our way. There is a place outside to sit down and picnic and even have a BBQ "
"I travel and critique lots of places and things. The staff at this resort is above and beyond excellent from the Front Desk person Jim, the Bartender Adam, Wait Staff Robyn, they are all above and beyond what you have in some 5 star resorts. The only thing slightly negative about this resort is the deferred maintenance. The resorts been there a long time. All old things need updating.. Yes I will tell others to go and experience this asset in Desert Hot Springs"
