Great hotel, modern and clean.

Stayed before when in Skopje. Modern hotel , well maintained with nice rooms with modern amenities. Breakfast is adequate as is hotel restaurant however 30 min walk along river into city for shops and plentiful restaurants beside river, fountains and statues.

Excellent hotel. Located slightly out of the old city, but there is a nice walk down the river that gets you there, directly, within 30 minutes or a taxi for around £5. Staff were great, couldn't do enough for you and very polite. Service brilliant, very clean and the spa was amongst the best ive been to, as eas the gym.

Clean and friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast variety and lovely location by the Vardar River. Lots of free parking and only 10 mins drive into Skopje city center.

Amazing spa included in room price

Very nice hotel with amazing spa. Not too far from center but need a car or an taxi. Staff at reception or spa was very nice, just the staff at breakfastbwas rude and not welcoming. But overall very nice place to stay

Satisfactory - improvement needed with housekeepin

Reception staff really friendly. Housekeeping needs to improve tremendously. Although bathroom was clean enough, the toilet inner part needed a good clean. There was mould/ grime on the tile corners of the floor. Towels were very old. Under the bed had a lot of fluff and an old tissue, not surprised as the room wasn’t vacuumed one of the days. Handwash, tissues and even coffee sachets were not replenished, so had to request these. Coffee mugs and glasses were not cleaned but the covers were put over them. Overall a good enough stay but not 5 star!

A big Hilton hotel. Could probably be anywhere in the world. A short drive from city center, max. 5€ with a taxi. We stayed here because of the pool and spa. This was so nice, We loved to spend time in the Spa and swim and use jacuzzi and saunas.

Pros: very friendy recepsionist. Only reason i take 4 star instead of 3. Very friendly and helpful. Cookie when arrived, good beds, average clean, good parking, good AC. Cons: food at restaurants was a really let down. The service was also not anything special in the restaurant (night and day from the friendly reception). Eat somewhere else. A little dated rooms. Location is a bit away from centre. Overall a good hotel at a good price with very friendly reception.

Nice and clean hotel a bit off from city center

Hotel is located 45 min walk from city center. Taxi takes you to the airport in 20 min. If you have a car, there is a free parking at the hotel. Reception had always nice welcoming service. The lobby and its restaurant is spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was an extra cost but it was nice. The service at breakfast was great among cooks but waiters were a bit impolite (no service). The breakfast included eggs the way you like, sausages and local dishes, different breads, cheese, ham, fruits, juice, coffee, some pastries. The room was big enough for two. But since we were three, it was a bit small. The two twin beds were 120 cm wide so a bit small for three adults. Also we did not have service for three, although we paid for three people accommondation. We had only two towels, classes, water bottles, so on. It did not bother us since there were bath ropes available. There was a AC which was really needed in July. There is a very nice gym and spa downstairs with its own elevator. It was free of charge for the quests. The hotel was clean and we felt very safe. I would love to stay there again. Although have to say the price was a bit high for the country's price level. Maybe due to the time of the year, we paid a bit extra. We asked for taxi when ever we needed and they had fixed prices for all our trips which was convenient.

A tad disappointed

Have stayed on and off now for 16 weeks, tried different rooms each time small, king, a couple with kitchen and sofa, although the rooms are cleaned they never vacuum, stains on furniture so always have to sit on a towel, they never replace the milk in fridge you always have to ask for it, shouldn't have to should i, Bar staff are very good the food is excellent, SPA facilities are fantastic good sized pool sauna and jacuzzi amazing massages to boot. Pricey I think to be honest, just not as clean as it should be for such a Hotel Chain my only disappointment
