"We were very happy to stay here and would stay again. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was lovely however they accidentally skipped a day of cleaning the room while we were out. We got a credit on our account for food and beverage for this accident which was nice. Buffet was great and would recommend booking this as a package with the room as it's worth it. The only bad thing was the large oasis pool was out of action for maintenance and we were not informed until a couple of days before check in. It was disappointing as I have a 6 year old and a smaller pool which was available was still a bit too deep for him to use well. It also meant the spa was out of action. So it would have been nice to have notification about this in the website before booking. "

"I have stayed here several times over the years and every time the quality of the apartments seem to fade away. This time during our 5 night stay my family were attacked for what we believe were bed bugs or something. We were bitten all over and thought it was something else but every night in bed we would feel a reaction and have bites all over us. We checked the place and found little bugs all in the couch and on the bed. We were then moved to another room level 35 hoping for a better place. There were literally little bugs under the bed sheets. We had checked out and had to move everything to another hotel as this place was not safe to stay in. We then spent the remaining of of holiday cleaning all our clothes and bags and tending to our bites. Beware when booking and check the rooms. "
