Nous avons reçu un mail de la part d’EXPEDIA 5 jours avant notre séjour nous informant que le complexe RUSICA PARK est indisponible. Nos vacances ont été gâchées avec cette annulation de dernière minute sachant que nous attendions ce séjour depuis le début d’année. Hôtel injoignable et Expédia ne nous a pas trouvé de solution. Je suis complètement insatisfaite et très choquée. Mes enfants sont très déçus.

Je ne comprends pas comment hôtel.com peut nous proposer cet hôtel ! Sachant qu’arriver la bas la réservation n’existait pas .Pourtant j’avais prévenu hôtel.com qu il y avait des eu des soucis avec d’autres clients .de plus l’hôtel avec les gens qui y travaillent et qui y séjournent catastrophe !franchement hôtel à fuir mais vraiment

Une fois arrivée au niveau de l hotel il nous dise qu on a arrêté la convention avec hotel.com et vous n avait pas de réservation il faut louer a nouveau mais ont pas de dispo apres discussion il nous ont donné une petite chambre salubre avec un complément de payement
