"We stayed in the villa named Aspri, which had two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and two private patios(front and rear). The villa looks brand new inside and out with nice little details found everywhere. Location is great, 2 min from center and 2 min from Meloi (with car) which is nice beach. "I traveled to Patmos with my 2 daughters via ferry. We arrived at 2am, and Nicholas and his son met us there with kind faces and a bottle of water. They drove us the short distance to the studios. During our stay, they were the most accommodating. Our rooms were clean and had everything we could need. I highly recommend!! They are the best. "

"Location was excellen quiet yet close enough to to Scala and Hora. The staff was friendly sociable and obliging. My criticism focuses mainly on lacking attention to detail , this includes cleanliness in rooms and bathroom, AC not working on the first day, Lack of extractor fan (just wires hanging out) in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor and hotel needs to offer what is available rather than having to ask for certain items like fruit. "

"A good location near the ferry port, beach boats, taxis and bus station. Excellent AIr Con and hot water available 24/7. Well appointed albeit small balcony. But due to the key card system, the fridge switches off every time you leave the room, which meant that nothing was kept cold.
