From the moment we checked in we knew this would be a good stay. The receptionist was great as was the dining room staff. Good food too!

Good hotel but too expensive for the value

Nice and newly modernised hotel, good location in Skagen, really good breakfast, clean rooms in new condition, but: very noisy room and it was even a superior room, really small bath room (not even a shower), wellness is not available as it says on webpage, and room amenties are not available either as described on webpage

Value for money in Skagen

Great value for money hotel in Skagen! Brand new rooms, but lack the overall service and understanding of how to make customers happy. The parking was a catastrophe, since they have decided to put to many spots inside the area and I nearly missed my plane due to not being able to leave the car park!!! A very nice Swedish guy helped me moving the car 20 times before I could actually the the car park.

Pænt og rent hotel

Perfekt indtjening ved tjener i restaurant, da vi ankom sent. Værelset og hotellet fremstår nyt og pænt. Badeværelse ret lille, og håndtaget på hanen i bruser stikker udad, så man ‘hele tiden’ skubber det ind med kroppen - og dermed lukker for vandet. Der mangler kold og varm-indikator på hanen. Alt er pænt og rent. Vi sov bare desværre ikke godt i en meget blød seng.
