"We had a great stay at Guesthouse Gerði in Mid-June. It was a great location to serve as our base for a few days as we explored the southeast coast if Iceland. We stayed in a five person family room in the older building and while the room was tighte, it worked perfectly for what we needed, comfortable beds to sleep in. The staff was great and we loved to stillness of the area."

"This is one of the best places I’ve have ever stayed at. The cottage was beautiful and very well kept. The property was a great experience to be able to explore with a waterfall on the property. The owners truly care about their customers. They had games, waffles, and everything we needed to cook. I couldn’t recommend this place more."
