"Stayed here for 2 nights as 2 adults and 1 child. Hotel is in a great central location, opposite the central train/bus station and close to tram stops and large shopping mall. Our family room was spacious, clean and comfy and had everything we needed. If you're a light sleeper, maybe ask for a room that doesn't face the train station as traffic can be a little noisy. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and the food in the main restaurant was also good. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Only negative was that we booked to swim one evening but found the pool closed and staff at reception said it was shut until further notice. My daughter was really disappointed and there had been no signs around the hotel or messages when we booked out slot online."

"Lovely, fun and sassy place to stay. Adults only. The room was incredibly quiet being so close to the city and trains. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was really good, and the roofbar very lively. The room needed some maintenance, which we told the front desk about. I'd recommend asking for a quiet room on the canal side, which seemed quieter than the train side, and definitely not having a room over the bar next door, which seemed to go late into the morning. Highly recommend."

"We booked as required an accessible room which we were allocated, I did make sure of this by emailing a few days before as the booking was made some months ago. The room was a good size and fully accedsible, we were also able to stream content to the TV and the toiletries provided were Rituals, my wifes favourite! All areas with perhaps the exception of the rooftop pool (which we decided against trying) with the Norda restaurant having a wheelchair ramp The breakfast was excellent and the bar while expensive as standard in Sweden was no more than anywhere else we found. A shout out to Micke the maintenance man for fixing our wheelchair too! Location wise, perfectly placed in the centre near the station. From a wheelchair perspective, cobblestones everywhere outside."
