"Staff were lovely. Check in was good. Although couldn’t book us in any earlier & we were attending an event which was a shame. But no huge issue. Parking superb Bathroom lovely. We stayed in Sariska room which is on the front of the building. Being a Saturday night stay - it was a tad noisey & nothing to do with the hotel. But some car with a loud exhaust drive up & down quite a lot during the early night. We closed the windows to block it out but then as we’ve had this hot weather the room...

We checked into Novotel at 3pm to find that the sofa bed had not need made and there was no linen for us to make it up. Between 3pm and 11pm we asked 7 times for them to make up the bed, each time promised by them that it would be done shortly.
