Many things to like about this hotel. The staff was nice, the breakfast was great and had a lot of offer. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. However the internet kept disconnecting or I wasn't able to connect, the shower cabin was not clean and the drain was clogged and the chair was almost falling apart. Overal small things that should be looked at.

Ambiyans güzeldi, burayı tercih etmemde ki sebep mebe bağlı olması ve uygulama oteli olması giriş konusunda iletişimsizlik yaşadık onun dışında sorun yoktu sahur için yemek de vardı odalar geniş tekrar gelirsem tercih edeceğim bir yer var olacak. İki konuda geri bildirim iletmek isterim ilki banyoda kulak süngeri yok ve o sabunluk yakışmıyor fikrim. İkinci olarak rezervasyon için atılan mesajları dikkate almanız.. İş için geldiğim Sivas’ta 17 Şubat 2025 günü 1 gece konakladım. Beklentimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Odalar temiz, geniş ve bakımlıydı. Otelde çalışan gençler son derece güler yüzlü ve çalışkandı. Kahvaltı servisi açık büfe ve açık büfede fazlasıyla seçenek vardı. Bir daha Sivas’a yolum düştüğünde burada kalırım.

Très bon séjour, sauf pour le wifi :-))

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mes 7 nuitées : le personnel est agréable (élèves en formation), ma chambre était spacieuse et le matelas très confortable, le petit-déjeuner servi en buffet est copieux, il y a un restaurant sur place mais aussi des petites boutiques juste en face et un arrêt bus (25 TL) très proche pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Sivas (la place historique est très belle !) :-)) Mais le wifi fonctionne mal, dommage :-(

Daha öncede konakladığım bir otel. Fakat bu sefer banyo giderinde ciddi bir sıkıntı vardı, duş almak işkence haline geldi ve odada ki yatağı çektiğimde altının temizlenmemiş çöp, toz ve sigara külleri olduğunu farkettim. Çalışan arkadaşların daha duyarlı olmasını temenni ederim.

Çok iyi bir otel

Temiz ve konforlu bir otel. Kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi. Her bakımdan güvenle konaklayabileceğiniz bir otel. Yolum Sivas’a düşerse ilk tercih edeceğim yer olacak. Otelde görev yapan öğrenci kardeşlerime de hizmetlerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum ve yollarının açık olmasını diliyorum.
