"Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...

"Hotel has great location in the city centre. Decent size room, clean bathroom, all a little bit dated. Balcony with nice view over the river Vah. Good air-conditioning. Decent size indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace. Various saunas. Excellent breakfast, Overall great value."
