It was a cheap hotel but I was surprised how high the ratings were. Second floor carpet is VERY padded where it kind of gives you vertigo and one mattress in the room had a deep dent on one side. It was like the springs had broke - which I’m not even sure the last time I’ve slept on a spring mattress! Wasn’t the worst hotel though for the price I guess. Seemed clean.

Even though the hotel needs some updating. The cleaning staff needs to take some more time in the rooms. Our stay was great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was working fantastic. The water pressure was great. Plenty of toiletries and towels ( they were all clean ) Breakfast was hot, and lots of it. Even with the hotel next to the road inside it was quiet and felt safe inside and out. Lots of shopping and food options within walking distance. It is a little tricky if you need to go left. You got to drive through the gas station next door and back around to the light, but that was no biggie. We would stay again.

The property is in a busy area, but the noise level was minimum. From the moment we walked in, we felt very welcomed. Everything was very clean, and our room was very nice. Comfortable bed and pillows. We were pleasantly surprised!

The staff when we arrived at midnight was wonderful. The hotel parking lot was sketchy, and looked like girls might have been working the parking lot. The hotel has not been updated since 1970, and was touched up for guest not cleaned.

The hotel was in a great location, close to everything; stores, restaurants, etc. However, the hotel did not seem too, too busy, and we booked well in advance. We stayed there two times. Once we got to Sioux Falls, and at the end of our trip, a week later, the one thing that we did not care for was that we were given a handicapped accessible room. We did not ask for it, nor did we need it. The sink was very low, and there was a shower chair in the bathroom. Also, the mini fridge was not very cold, so we had to set it to be colder. The room was so close to the front desk, and the laundry room, and the mini gym. A bit noisy in this general area.
