This hotel has a great location, on the river walk. The room was fine, basic but clean. Staff was kind and helpful. They had a pretty decent breakfast, hot and cold food options. We didn't eat at their restaurant so I can't comment on that. Their pool and hot tub were closed but we hadn't planned on using it. Overall its a good place.

Quiet room, disappointed that the pool was empty. First room smelled of cigarette smoke but the front desk promptly found me a different room that was fine. We thought the breakfast was very good. Location was great - close to downtown and river walk. This hotel is across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn, which is much nicer, but for this date, the Country Inn & Suites was much more economical.

The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff for the breakfast. The parking was easy. Location was good and we felt safe walking around the area at night. My biggest complaint was when we got to the room and went to use the bathroom the toilet was filled with excrement. Went to flush it and it wouldn’t flush. Went to use the phone and the phone didn’t work so we had to go back down to the front desk. She put us in the room next door, but no upgrade or money off the room for the inconvenience and just overall disgusting event. It was pretty gross to walk into that.

Ok place, pleasant people, but not on top of details. Trash bin over flowing by entrance, room not as clean as it should be, very casually dressed staff. It's a nice spot on river and it was ok. I felt safe, and comfortable enough, but don't expect a lot.
