"What a fabulous hotel! We loved it! Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff who were ever-present but not intrusive. Really made us feel welcome. There was a hiccup during checkout as we were abruptly told that we hadn’t paid for the room, while in fact we had. We showed the invoice and it was settled but the way this was dealt with left a bad taste. "
