Lighting in dining room too dark at breakfast, and not enough light in room for reading. Good car parking (surface and underground) at a reasonable rate.

The reception staff were extemely friendly and knowledgable, cycle parking/storage was easy and safe. The only downside was having to get a taxi into the city but still, it wasnt too much of an issue.

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed as tourists. It is pretty far from the Ghent tourist area. It is beside a very nice football stadium. It appears geared for conferences and events. The staff and hotel are excellent. We ate lunch at the restaurant both days and it was very good and a decent value. The only thing we wish is there was a provided shuttle to the station or tram to avoid the bus.
