Have been to Singapore several times and wanted to explore a different neighbourhood to where I usually stay and this hotel gave me the opportunity to do that. There are great dining options in the streets around the hotel and its incredibly convenient for the airport and ferry terminal being only 15 mins away. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Would stay there again next time I visit Singapore.

Nice hotel , interesting neighbourhood.

Good hotel in a good area, reception staff was friendly and helpful.Room was cleaned daily. Lots of eateries, cafes, bars and shops nearby. Very close to east coast park, good connections with bus and metro. Only negative thing was bad noise isolation. If you are light sleeper noise from streets and corridors will bother you. They do provide earplugs.

Spacious room with everything you need. Quiet location. Bus stops within 200 meters of the door and an MRT stop is about 10 minutes walk away. Toiletries in the bathroom and tea, coffee and kettle in the room. The bed is comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and room and would stay there again.

The hotel staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. It was always nice to interact with them. The pool area was nice and the hotel is in fairly good condition. The room was modern and clean, but it was quite small which may bother some people. I didn't mind since I went out most of the day. However, the bathroom in the room did NOT have a door that locks (for safety reasons) and when the door was closed, there was a gap on the side where the hinges are so it wasn't completely closed off from the rest of the room. That could be awkward if you're sharing with someone so keep that in mind. The hotel is in a very convenient spot. It's close to an MRT station and about 15-20min from Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. There are a lot of great restaurants and a couple of convenience stores on the same street as the hotel, and there's also a shopping centre nearby. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

It's good. Pool is fine and has a neighborhood view. Area is a plus, with much shopping about and a few bars and restaurants about. Subway stop is a 7 minute walk. Many pet care service businesses in the area. Also a bunch of tutoring service places for your children. If it rains and you're mobile, the Parkway Parade Shopping Mall is worth visiting along with the hawker area just next door. Then again there are many food options on the basement level of the Parkway Parade building. No excuse for staying at the Santa Grand and not eating well.

The amenities were aplenty, from cappuccinos & cookies, to bottled waters & mini bar snacks. The hotel is surrounded by some of the best dining in Singapore (just beware of the "tourist pricing" at the open cafe restaurants), otherwise it was an amazing & refreshing comfortable stay. Staff was super friendly & accommodating with all of our needs.
