★★★★★ Our Best Stay Yet at Equarius Villas We have returned to Resorts World Sentosa every summer for years because of its access to Adventure Cove. We have stayed in the Ocean Suite before, but this time booked a one-bedroom villa with a private jacuzzi and direct access to the huge pool. This was our best stay yet. There have been many improvements since last year. Check-in and checkout were seamless, with no lobby congestion or long wait. At around 1 p.m., we received a call that our villa was ready, and the team arranged buggy pickup from Hotel Michael. WhatsApp communication was excellent, with fast responses throughout our stay. The villa remains wonderful, but the team made the real difference. Special thanks to Butlers William, Charles, and Willy, and the entire butler team. We appreciated the turndown amenities, mosquito coils at sundown, extra water, and insect repellent, especially as my wife is allergic to mosquito bites. We also appreciate the Chairman’s approval for buggy service to the front entrance of Adventure Cove. At checkout, the team even delivered our luggage to Hotel Michael, saving us a return trip. One friendly suggestion: the new butler uniforms look polished but seem too formal, heavy, and warm for Singapore’s climate. After three decades in hospitality, I believe uniforms should be elegant, breathable, comfortable, and suited to a tropical resort. Exceptional service from start to finish. We look forward to returning next summer.

Amazing stay in the Ocean Suites. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel like royalty. The room is out of this world - we watched the aquarium for hours! Returning to the enchanting Ocean Suites for our second visit, we were delighted to find the service had significantly improved, making the check-in process swift and seamless. While the experience does come at a premium, the magical sensation of drifting to sleep surrounded by a myriad of fish makes it perfect for celebrating special moments. Despite a few setbacks on Sentosa, with the beach closed, the forum under renovation, and some attractions unavailable, our two-night stay at Ocean Suites was utterly enchanting. The memories we captured were nothing short of Instagram perfection!

Horrible Experience !

This is the second time we came back to stay in Equarius Villas.The villas were well maintained, room is spacious. The villas are well situated among nice garden landscape.However staff was not well trained. We were sent to the villa with key dropped off with no briefing about the facilities & functions in the villa.Each villa has their own private jacuzzi outside the villa connected to the swimming pool. To our shock, the nearby Equarius hotel guests were allowed to use the same pool. & one morning we woke up to find some guests inside our jacuzzi.We alerted the butler about this. Instead of sending staff to the pool, they came knocking on our door.Apparently the pool guard was not aware that the jacuzzi is only for the usage by the villa. There was only 10 villas, but majority of the time the pool is like a public swimming pool with children jumping into the pool from the edge of the villa’s jacuzzi and screaming.At one time, some children were drinking water & emptying their water inside the pool with containers floating in the pool.These are nice villas, supposed to be a quiet & zen that comes with a price tag as well.There was even guests coming from other hotel like Hotel Ora who were using the pool (as they were using the shuttle bus to get back to their hotel in their swim wears). However the hotel’s policy of allowing other hotels’ guests to use the villa’s pool cheapen the villa’s concept. It’s not worth paying this price tag for what supposedly high end hotel.

We stayed in Villa 8827 - Villa is nice - but next to our room entrance door are some big machines used for the Adventure Cove Waterpark: making a lot of noise and signal horning from the opening hours of the park’s closing .. you should ask for a villa NOT close to the site of the waterpark.

Very Disappointing few days stay.

Our stay was disappointing. The breakfast was really very bad. We could go to the Hard Rock Café for breakfast but it was no better. The room was comfortable. The air conditioning was not working properly, we would wake up most nights really hot. The pool area had broken boards on the deck which was extremely dangerous. We did bring this to the hotels attention. We would never go there again.

조용한 휠링을 위해서는 훌륭한 장소지만 가성비는 조금 부족한 곳..

숙박 부분은 조용한 곳에 위치하여 나만의 휠링을 위해서는 훌륭한 곳이라고 생각이 됩니다. 다만 예약시 선불로 내어야하고 취소까지 불가한 호텔이라 현재까지는 조금은 불편한 상태입니다. 그리고 묵었던 빌라의 상태가 고장이 난것(자동커텐,와이파이,개인용자쿠자 물온도조정)이 있어서 요청후 자쿠자를 제외한 나머지는 정상으로 수리가 되었지만 조금 불편했습니다. 외부 선텐의자나 개인용 테라스는 즐기기에 훌륭하지만 작은 벌레(모기,날벌레등)에 대한 대비는 해야 합니다.
