It was my second stay in this hotel. The room was sparkly clean. While there is no window in the room the ventilation is very good and it did not bother me. Bed is firm, which I love. There are lots of food options nearby and it's only slightly less than 10minutes walk to PLQ and Paya Lebar MRT. I recommend for a budget friendly stay in Singapore.

The size of the bedroom was just ridiculous. We couldn't even walk properly as there wasn't enough space between the bed and the walls so we had to put the bags on the bed trying to move around. Also, the location was just disgusting. No good food around, people just judged looking at us like we weren't welcome there. The transport was a nightmare. We tried to catch a taxi but no one stopped so we had to ask the receptionist to call a taxi for us. Definitely was a very unpleased experience.

We were able to check in early after a 17 hour flight! They offered and they were just amazing giving us water and fruit on arrival. So very polite and professional. Great value and conveniently located!
