Perfect location right at the heart of Chinatown. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Very tiny space so it’s tight for the four of us. The first day wifi didn’t work. The safe in the room didn’t work.

I was extremely happy wit my stay. As a solo traveler, this was perfect for one. They do have bigger rooms and even one room is good enough for two, but I could definitely see why this may not work for 2 if not a couple or really good friends. Regardless, I loved how close this was to the China Town station (less than 3 minute walk) and there are so many foo options, stores and other awesome stuff to buy for self or others. A quick 10 to 15 minute walk in any direction will take you to amazing malls or other fantastic restaurants. Honestly, for the price, location and overall satisfaction with how wonderful the staff are, this is the place to pick if traveling on a budget.

This hotel room was totally unsuitable. The queen size bed was not a queen size bed. It was a mattress on the floor which you couldn’t get to round the edge. You had to climb from the end, impossible really with any older person, the step up to the shower and toilet was well over 14 inches high again very difficult for anyone with mobility problems, we didn’t stay as soon as I saw the room I booked somewhere else and they called me a taxi and we went away. I shall be trying to reclaim the money back for the hotel through my credit card.

DEFINITLY NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL, WATCH OUT!!

Propubly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at so far. I usually don't care about the codition of the hotel as long as I get a bed to sleep at. But this one was beyond the limit. The beds are over 20 years old, the madrass is so old that u could feel the metalic parts of the beds in your back. I woke up with a back pain, requested a new room after a long discussion with the staff. Got another superior room, the bed were more less the same but in a bit better condition. But The shower didnt work, and the AC wasnt strong enough so you can more or less say its useless during daytime. I checked out one night earlier and went to another hotel. THIS IS DEFINITLY NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL!!

I never erver could recommend thi place they are absolutely unfair there was a mistake with my reservayion about the day ir was full i back 2 days ago explained my situation as i was stucked in Singapore ... despite they have free rooms they didn't want to give me a room..totally inflexible and blame Expedia saying they never recived any mail.. and the Expedia said they didnt responded... not sure whos saying the truth now... so I just have to think hundred times now before make a booking ... honestly i cant thiblnk how easy is dont return money people based on a fool policy as they have customers every day just thiiefs

This property is a dump now, not worth considering any more. Owners changed and they made the rooms even smaller. Very hard to even get into the hotel because boxes stacked in front 3 meters high, high levels of noise, smelly, windows that didn't close correctly. Staff was no better the girl working the front days was very sick, infecting the guests who need to do business. The overnight person working the front desk was gone at 1:50 am when we wanted to checkout. Stupid sign sad be back in 10 minutes. At 2:20 am we just walked out. left the key on the desks, room was prepaid and nothing wrong. Then we can talk about the size of the room, small is being generous, I have closets in my house that are bigger than the half shoe box. So if you want no services, a very small, very noisy room then this is the hotel for you. If you can live through your stay.

MOST UNRELIABLE HOTEL EVER!!! The reception is supposed to work 24/7. This was confirmed with the reception upon arrival. The Hotel does not issue two room cards, although it has been requested! it has been agreed to leave the room card in the room to charge spare batteries etc. and get a card issued when returning to open the rooms door. Once back at the hotel at 02:00AM there was NOONE; there was a note stating that someone will be back at 07:30AM and a phone number which i called at least 50x but only listened to the mailbox only! My flight was at 08:00AM and it was a hell of work getting my belongings out of my room. Expedia was on the phone during the whole struggle and wittnessed the issue. i claimed the money for that night, as i could not stay in the room at all. expedia did not help at all, nor the hotel was cooperative at all! NEVER AGAIN Despite that: room is small and partly smelly

Rest tiene una excelente ubicación, puedes llegar desde el aeropuerto en metro, el check in es muy ágil, la habitación tiene un buen tamaño, la cama es muy cómoda,los enchufes están adaptados para cualquier tipo de clavija, el baño amplio y limpio, cuenta con amenidade como pantuflas, cepillo y pasta dental, peine, el jabón de manos, jabón corporal, shampoo y enjuague huelen deliciosos. Sin duda es una gran opción de hospedaje.

위치는 매우 좋음 생각보다 좁았고 화장실이 투명으로 변할 수 있으니 주의하고 예약하시길~ 침대가 커서 4명이 자도 불편하지 않았으나 침대 외 공간은 적어서 캐리어 펴 놓기는 불편함
