Home away from home. Pool area and sitting area is well laid out and large in area. Smokers tend to puff near the sitting area. I use low floors so I can take the stairs as the two elevators can be busy at times going up to the 22 floor. Basically had the pool to myself. Limited housekeeping but that's ok. Garbage shoot nearby. No tv broadcast but has streaming services. I used Amazon Prime Video. Paragon Buildng down the street on Orchard has everything.

Excellent value

Very nice place with an excellent location. Note that it is a service apartment hotel, hence no cleaning, changing of towels, bedsheets etc will be done. Guest have to cater for shampoo, toilet paper etc. Not so clearly written in the information about the hotel. Bit great location and excellent value for money.

The room was good. Although there are some minor faults. The bidet was leaking if we leave the main valve open so we need to close it after every use. The lock of the toilet door is a bit loose and needed a bit of wiggle to close it. But these issues did not make our stay uncomfortable. The place was nice. And we were placed it the 2nd floor which was actually good because i have a bike at it was very accessible to leave and enter through the side footpath. And we are near to the pool and gym. The staff at the front desk was also very accomodating. And even the manager also accomodate me to allow cleaning of my bike. Overall, our stay was great. Thank you.

Coliwoo has a policy of not replacing bedsheets. They expect visitors to wash their own sheets. Expedia has the incorrect information for this hotel and refuse to update this information(after my many requests). Expedia states that bedsheets are replaced on request. This is totally incorrect.
