This hotel is very new. The decor theme is warm and cozy. The fixtures and furnishings used are good quality. As the hotel rooms are located from 10th to 15th floor, the views from the room are nice. The night scenery is very serene. I have enjoyed staying there

Disappointing that the first day I arrived they drained the pool for maintenance so I didn't get to enjoy it. It was one of the main reasons I chose this location.

Close to Kent Ridge station and Medical Centre shopping centre. Hotel organised free transport to airport after they had failed to pick us up on arrival. Lack of decent restaurants at the hotel currently and in the immediate surrounding area.

Overall, my experience was delightful. The staff were polite and incredibly helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a clock, perhaps on the work desk or bedside table, as it would make it easier for guests to keep track of time. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency of your taxi-calling service. On the morning of my airport transfer, I reserved a buffer of 10-15 minutes, but to my surprise, the taxi arrived within minutes. This efficiency significantly reduced my stress and ensured I had ample time before my flight. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting Citadines again or some of the other outlets in the future!

Ok but could be better

The place was really nice but cleaning was very poor. They never changed our sheets, they demanded for us to be out of the room by 2pm to clean it if not they wouldn’t clean, and then they don’t clean on Sundays. Might as well not advertise daily cleaning.
