"Excellent room and service. Breakfast was very nice. Mr. Mervin offered exceptional service for us through out our stay. The location of this hotel is prime. The only remark is that the pillows have a strong smell. Please let your staff double check this. Overall, fantastic experience staying here. Will definitely come back here."

"Amazing staff,ambiance,location,room etc. Highly recommend paying extra to stay in the pacific room. This gives access to the club room which includes breakfast, all day nibbles, 2hours of drinks ( the lime margaritas are outstanding ) as is the champagne, food , 2 items of clothing per person per day laundered and pressed, etc. The extras pay for the extra cost of the room and you get the luxury that accompanies it."
