"This place is absolutely horrible. It’s filthy and very unsanitary. I don’t recommend this hotel!"

"Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. We weren’t looking for any extras, just a place to sleep for the night and they were great. It was quiet and we weren’t looking able to get a good night’s sleep and head out early the next day."

"El servicio al cliente fue pésimo, cuando entramos al hotel todo estaba sucio y con cucarachas. Y tuvimos que pagar hasta doble porque habíamos hecho reservacion online y dijo que no y tuvimos que pagar nuevamente allá y en efectivo porque tuvo problemas con su máquina de pago… todo fue un dolor de cabeza"
