We try to stay at this Fairfield whenever we are in town. It's always clean and a nice buffet is offered for breakfast. I appreciate the 24/7 coffee and tea available in the lobby. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping did not come as expected (maybe we missed a notice?). Some technical issues with our room key before check-out, and we were surprised the pool was closed in April. Check in went smoothly and the front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the feather pillows quickly depressed and became as soft as concrete under my head. This made a great night's sleep impossible.
