"The hotel provides you with a parking tag, but it is very difficult to find parking near, lugging the luggage around on this type of pavement is extremely difficult. It would have been helpful to provide a map around the hotel to locate street parking."

"Everything about the experience with the hotel was excellent. As parking is tricky in the old town, you park in nearby car park and they drive you to the hotel - all well coordinated. The hotel has been beautifully designed - it maintains many of the old features of the buildings, while at the same time adding modern elegance and convenience. Our rooms were very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant- both highly recommended. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly- gave us some good tips on what to explore in the town."

"A simply lovely small hotel in the heart of the old town. Beautiful decoration, thoughtful touches in the rooms. The staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Even though parking is not offered, they helped with a parking permit. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect location walking distance to everything in Ioannina. Highly recommended."

"I would not stay here again. Property is clean and new. Staff responsive once we were able to connect. 1) The building is not properly insulated. The tile floors were literally 5 Celsius. 2) no hot water in the shower. 3) the stairs are very dangerous, especially for children. 4) You can hear people in the next room over. 5) they say they offer free parking, they do not. The parking is free street parking offered by the city. 6) I’m guessing they have a camera to watch you when you walk in, because they’ll ask you how many people are with you. They have some sort of communication issue with Expedia, even though I properly booked they tried to charge me for more people. Very creepy and I’m not quite sure why they feel the need to charge extra for the same room."

"Superior Double Room with Balcony and Panoramic view. Stayed here for 3 nights and was pretty disappointed overall. Booked what they called their "superior double room," and it was tiny—barely enough space to open both suitcases without them blocking the path to the bathroom. Felt more like a glorified closet than a proper hotel room. Check-in staff (young woman at the front desk) was completely indifferent—minimal eye contact, no smile. Not rude exactly, but zero warmth or helpfulness. Breakfast is served next door at a separate café (not even in the hotel), and it was underwhelming to say the least. Basic continental stuff—stale pastries, weak coffee, watery eggs. Nothing worth getting excited about, and definitely not worth the extra charge. Wouldn't stay again unless I had literally no other options in the area. Size, service, and breakfast all fell short of expectations. 1/5"
