"The rooms were dusty and the towels were either dirty or stained."

"Although it was an old construction its still very well maintained and very spacious."

"This was our first experience staying at a bed and breakfast, and overall, we would give it a **10/10!** The property is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. We were warmly greeted by the innkeeper, who made check-in quick and easy. They took the time to explain all the room's features, including the incredibly luxurious and comfortable bed! Although we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the chef-prepared breakfast in the morning, it looked absolutely...

"The buffet was fantastic with a variety of options. Room was very clean as well."

"Arrived before the regular check-in and they were able to give us our room. Staff was very friendly and quick. Pricing was great, breakfast was very good, close to downtown Napa, hotel was nice and clean. The only thing that wasn’t working very well was the toilet tank. We stayed for one night so we managed to make it work. Overall stay was good, and I would stay again :)"

No place to hang your towels inside or outside the bathroom. You have to wait five minutes before you can get hot water for the shower. The wall is very thin. We could almost everything outside our room."

"Old but nice, clean, staff friendly. Only complaint is the elevator smells horrible, like hold your nose bad."

"I was hesitant because of the location and could see building is circa 1970. However, I was so pleasantly surprised! Inside was completely remodeled with modern and appreciated updates. Super clean. Super helpful team and super nice hot tub and pool. Highly recommended"

"Spotlessly clean, well presented with lovely little extras and touches such as good quality toiletries. The towels, kitchen roll, tea towels and toilet paper were modelled in cute fan shapes that almost looked to good to use. Excellent kitchen facilities including dish soap, sponge, tea towel, dishwasher sachets. Parking right outside each property. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Facilities such as the pool, exercise room and hot tub were an added well maintained bonus too. We were...
