We loved having an authentic Danish experience while staying at the hotel. We could have stayed elsewhere in a hotel that was like any other hotel but this hotel has an interesting history. Plus the property is gorgeous! The front desk staff were great!

Location in park like setting very desirable- still very close to center of town. Nearly adjacent to Aqua and Jorn Museum. Grounds just lovely, tranquil. Rooms attractive though small. Hotel restaurant food only sampled at breakfast, but was good. Lovely terrace for breakfast in good weather.

The hotel is extremely beautiful and the grounds offer some breathtaking views. It is definitely a hotel for relaxing and appreciating nature and outdoors. The breakfast is quite nice and the staff was very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay there again.

Brilliant hotel, amazing stafff

Superb hotel, extremely kind and accommodating staff. Loved the breakfast, free bicycle use, beach towels, beautiful garden and walking trails. Dinner was of good quality and reasonable value, especially the wine. The hotel is well positioned relative to the town centre and swimmable Almind Lake.
