"One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because I liked its Golden Desk, right at the entrance in an open-plan wooden bungalow; as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with tea and crisps. We were given a free upgrade, which we really appreciated, but we’d also like to thank the incredibly friendly staff for their hospitality. In particular, to Miss Nalean, Miss Nith and Mr. Hean Thank You again!"

"I loved this place and the people working there. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The hotel has a great jungle vibe. Location wise is good, away from the ruckus across the bridge but easy walking distance or short tuk tuk ride."

"Great staff, bad water pressure and stiff mattresses."

Tuk Tuk"

"From the moment I walked into the hotel - to walking out at the end of my 13 night stay - ALL the staff were very polite, professional and delightful people. I will definitely stay again - 5 stars"
