It’s a beautiful relaxing, green and comfortable place and the staff is so very nice and helpful. It’s a true home from home and perfect for exploring Seam Reap temples from a more quiet place. I felt very energised when I left the hotel!

Wonderful shorttrip in this beautiful city! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with every concern. The room was amazing with a beautiful view over the city. Amazing hospitality. Beautiful resort. Breakfast was very delicious. Staff was very accommodating as well and easy to get in contact with—also quick with needs and setting up transports and tours. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if to come back to Cambodia. Thank you so much for everything.

This hotel is truly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is well worth the price as they offer a wide selection of food. The staff offers amazing customer service and i would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Angkor Wat.

Lovely hotel very friendly and helpful staff ideally placed just a five minute ride on a tuk tuk from the centre of Siem Reap. Very comfortable food overlooking the pool. On our last day here we opted for the late checkout room and afternoon tea well worth the extra expense.

eOcambo exceeded expectations on value and quality. Staff is easy to deal with and kindly greet you during interactions. Breakfast buffet has great variety versus their competitors which only seem to have western foods. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Siem reap in the future.

The best hotel we've ever stayed at! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a nice pool view. Very classy and friendly. Definitely, if you travel to Siem Reap, you must spend a night at the eOcambo Resort and Spa.

Our room was clean, large and comfortable with a private balcony overlooking the pool. Great pool, spa and restaurant. To top it off, the staff was very attentive and helpful when we needed anything.

This is my first time in Siem Reap!! eOcambo Residence is amazing place! We stayed here for 2night, breakfast is wonderful with buffet and additional order( I like egg benedict),Lunch, Dinner was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Love eOcambo Residence! Will be back!!!!

Look elsewhere.
The room was clean but very basic. The staff was accommodating but managed to forget out breakfast order the morning of our visit to Angkor Wat. The food was average at best, bland and tasteless. Surrounding neighborhood not ideal and not conducive to walking. Hotel not well known so tuk tuk drivers always had a hard time finding the hotel. Hotel might want to consider putting maps on the back of the hotel business cards. The pool was nice but not relaxing since it was like a fraternity party all three days we were there. It was so loud and the hotel management did nothing to control the obnoxious guests. There are better places to stay that are more centrally located.

Naturally, I am disappointed to learn of the challenges that accompanied your stay with us. However, poor reviews are helpful to point out areas where we can improve. We apologies for forgetting the breakfast boxes and we have no record any order for them. The hotel has been open for over two years, and it is one of over 1500 hotels in Siem Reap. Tuk Tuk Drivers change frequently and they just don’t know where every single hotel in Siem Reap is located. We are phasing in maps on the back of our business cards, and they will be available when the cards now in use have run out. Again we apologise and are disappointed that we could not meet your expectations. We are using your review to better train our staff. I am personally checking all the dishes on the menu to find any that could be described as bland and tasteless. Thank you for taking the time to bring these issues to our attention. With Sincerely

The hotel was very well located for the town of Siem Reap and the swimming pool was very welcome after hot dusty days visiting the Temples. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the staff were very helpful. The birthday cake for my husband's birthday was a lovely surprise.

You will never have a more accommodating staff than here at eOcambo Residence. There is nothing they wouldn't do to make your stay pleasurable. The rooms, breakfast, pool area, reception were all spot-on immaculate. We enjoyed the location, away from hotel row and the downtown Pub Street area. The only hotel I was ever in where the room service is the same price as the restaurant. Room was large, with a balcony, perfect. A great choice.

This is now my 8th trip to Siem Reap and normally try and stay at different places, however by chance I located eOcambo Residence during my normal search on the internet. I can honestly say that I am so impressed with everything at this hotel, the staff are so friendly, the rooms are spacious and modern and the location is excellent. I do highly recommend the eOcambo Residence and will definitely be back here on my next trip.

Poor managed hotel.
It was awful experience for 4 days & 3 nights. We booked this hotel based on the good review of Hotel.com and Tripadvisor. But we felt extremely disappointed during our stay here. 1. First Day: the airport pick-up was no shown in the airport. We left message on hotel.com link but no response and confirmation before we arrived. 2. Day 2: after the long day of sightseeing tour and back to hotel, the hotel was out of electricity 2 times. The 2nd person cannot get enough hot water for shower. 3. Day 3: We left hotel at 4:45AM for sunrise tour and came back at 2:00PM. The room was still not clean by housekeeping. At that day, we just wanted to take a nap in the afternoon but the front desk service people said they can clean our room but we still had to "wait" because their rule is cleaning the rooms floor by floor and our room (on the 3rd Floor) is not yet on their list. This reason is totally unacceptable. 4. After all above unhappy experiences, we asked for late check out at 13:30 for packing. We got a big "NO" from them and their excuse was that they need to clear the rooms before 14:00 because this is their rule (but our room even not tidy after 14:00 at previous day). If you are reading this and considering to book the hotel by feedback from guests who stayed at this hotel. I really won't recommend this hotel. People are friendly but this hotel is under very poor management.

We apologies that the room wasn’t clean until you came back from the tour around two, in this case I have talked to the team already they need to clean it immediately if there were a requested for room cleaned. It is unfortunate that some of our services did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. There’s a lot of bugs and no solution to it. No vape in the rooms, the housekeeping wasn’t good, we had a massage in our room and the masseuse used our restroom without further notice. Friendly staff, but unprepared hotel. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

From the moment of pick up to the late check out, the entire staff were just amazing! The service you get is super personal and superb! The free breakfast was also excellent and allows you both the buffet spread and A la Carte menu without restrictions. Rooms were very nice and clean! It is worth every money I spent and I would definitely come back.

Cute boutique hotel. Rooms are comfortable with good amenities. Welcoming pool. Breakfast is great food. The staff went out of their way to ensure your stay was comfortable I have to give top marks. Really enjoyed my 6 nights here. Not too far from town (5 minutes by tuk-tuk)

This hotel lived up to expectations. the staff were terrific and so friendly.The breakfasts were great and the pool area lovely. It was about a 20 minute walk into Bar street and the Night market or if you can't stand the heat about $2-3 in a tuk tuk.

Staff like Angie are friendly, polite and helpful. Facilities are good. Great place to rest and relax. Food are great with a number of variety. Massage service are very good. Distance are reasonable from the airport

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are very friendly. It looked different then the others hotel in the city because of the interior, thanks to all the staffs for good work and being so kind to us.

This is the second time I had stayed at eOcambo Residence, and it was even better than last time. The pool and bar are excellent, and the breakfast is superb. Fantastic hospitality, can't wait to stay again next time I'm in Siem Reap.
