Overall a good stay!
Wonderful stay. The employees were extremely nice. The morning breakfast was good and there are plenty of options. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. The hotel wasn’t too far from the market and there were plenty of places to eat that are walking distance. The only real issue was the insects that surrounding the hotel. We had one craw into our room one night and we weren’t able to get it out. Overall it was a great stay.

Very Good
I fully satisfied at the hotel service during stayed 5 days, and all the staffs were friendly and very helpful. Especially I thank Kevin's warm welcoming for our couple. Regarding Breakfast, was not many items but taste very good, hotel location was good and was able to use easy Tuk-tuk at the front of the hotel if you need to move other place. The size of room was big enough and you will satisfy Spa service in Hotel. Also if have enough travel time, I propose you to use Hotel's pool.

Nice clean and modern hotel with a beautiful pool
The hotel is very modern,clean and very comfortable. The location from the " Pub Street" is quite far. It took about 25min walk.

Damrei Angkor Hotel Review
We loved this hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel is well located and has a nice pool. The room are nice and clean. My only criticism is that the beds are too firm but otherwise this is a great place to stay

The entire Staff including those at the front desk. EVERYONE was very cordial, honest and sincerely cared about my stay and we'll being. At the time of my stay, I had already been traveling throughout SE Asia and this was my most pleasant stay. I have and will continue to to recommend this Hotel!

This is an amazing hotel located just across the river from the center of Siem Reap so it has the advantage of being quiet and serene while still being close to most everything. The entrance to the hotel is through pools with lotus flowers and a replica of Angkor Wat into a lovely reception area where I was greeted with a welcome cool towel and drink. My room was beautiful, overlooking an infinity salt-water pool with lounge chairs, umbrella, and a bar with food service. The breakfast (included) was amazing buffet with Asian dishes, fruits and cereals, and a “noodle” and egg station where they made fresh orders. Incredible croissants! The staff was so helpful and gracious, and took good care of me when I had some special needs.

Excellent hotel located in a quiet area, a short walk (or tuk-tuk) ride from the city center. I spent three nights in this hotel in July 2018. My room was very spacious and modern, yet comfortable, with a good size balcony and good view. I didn't have time to take advantage of it, but the pool also looked great. The hotel staff was amazing - they truly catered to all of my needs. They helped me arrange my visits to the temples in the morning and made reservations for me at night, provided free tuk-tuks anywhere in central Siem Reap, and were overall very personable. I had a great time staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it!

Our stay at the Damrei Angkor Hotel was most pleasant and enjoyable. The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpfful. Our room was spacoius and clean. Breakfast was excellent. In our room's shower area, the upper wall area appeared to lack tiles and showed bare cement. There also were a few ants and a couple crickets running around. We did enjoy the friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The price for our room was so reasonable that we could overlook any deficiencies or complaints I have mentioned.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE !
This hotel exceeded all our expectations ! We were a group of 16 arriving at different times and we were all picked up with no issues, they were very consistent with communication months prior to the trip, the hotel staff was INCREDIBLE ! They remembered me by name, had everything we needed a phone call away....just everything about this place is PERFECT ! It’s close to town and also away from the business of Siem Reap for some serenity , the restaurant’s food is AMAZINGLY great ! We would wake up early to make sure we don’t miss the great breakfast. The rooms are incredibly spacious , great water pressure in the bathrooms, just nothing to criticize at all really.

After our cruise we arrived in Siem Reap at the Damrie Angkor Hotel. From the cool drink to the warm welcome we knew we had made the right choice of accomodation. The staff were just charming and there to help us. We hadn't pre arranged any tours so we were happy to look at what they were offering. Both my cousin and I have health issues so we needed to find tours that we could handle , so we booked a car with driver and guide. We are forever thankful for the assistance we received, we would never have seen so much without there help. There's also a tutt tutt at hand for any town and market trips.

Very nice and comfy hotel
The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good with variety and with live music. I particular like the egg and noddle station. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean. We feel safe and relax at the hotel. The only downside i think is the location of the hotel to the main city area, which is abt 10mins walk. We dont mind the walk as the weather wasnt too bad (or you can get a tuk tuk if it is too hot)

Great value hotel
Hotel located in a small street, it is a bit far from centre (night market, pub street) which is great for people who look for quietness. Around 15 mins from airport by car. Breakfast is great with different variety at budget price, soup noodles is the best. Avoid to stay room at groundfloor, too many frogs during our stay. Overall, it is great for budget stay.

Amazing boutique hotel
We were made to feel so very welcome from the free airport pick up to our welcome drink and then being shown to our room. The guy who checked us in and showed us around, also was there on our last day and he couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. I believe his name was Cheng Huy - such a credit to a beautiful hotel. The staff were all so very friendly and really made us feel so very welcome, from holding doors open and knowing us by n are each time, asking how we were and offering help and advice about things to see and do. I really can NOT recommend this hotel enough, it was an amazing stay and we WILL be back!! I did read the reviews on trip advisor reading the neighbouring crocodile farm, I have to say, this didn't cause us any issues at all, no noise or smell issues as some people have commented. The breakfast selection was perfect and the room was lovely to a very high standard. Book this place and don't worry, it is A grade 5 star service. Thank you so much for making our first trip to Cambodia a very memorable one, we will be back!!

The staff offered advice and went out of their way to arrange for transportation to and back from Battambong, hold our room and luggage while we were away free of charge and so much more. Cannot say enough good about this hotel.

A great stay in Siem Reap
This hotel is very good value. We were upgraded to a very large garden suite, with separate bath, shower, WC. The restaurant is also well priced and quality food. The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk to Pub Street, the Angkor Museum and most amenities. There are other good bars closer than Pub Street, with roof top terraces, close by. Service was first rate and the staff were both welcoming and helpful. With a free breakfast as well, we recommend a stay, especially at these rates. PS. My camera needed to be repaired, there was a good camera repair shop 5 mins away. John and Dawene

Fantastic Hotel in the heart of Siem Reap
I stayed for my first 3 nights in Damrei Angkor and it was fantastic. The free airport pick up was great after a long flight. The hotel staff are extremely attentive and helpful, anything you need they will organise it for you. The daily breakfast is delicious. It's a great place to relax after a day in town or visiting local sights. Good location too, walking distance to Pub Street, central market and night market. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the property was well maintained and in a great location. And the breakfast and restaurant were insanely good. We had very pleasant experiences with the staff and would recommend this hotel without any hesitance.

Great Hotel with awesome amenities!
It was a great stay and the breakfast menu was also good. We had a spacious room and the staffs in the reception and all in whole were fantastic! They have been the most friendliest person and they bring the Asian warmth along. Good place to move around Siem Reap main town and also visit to Angkor Wat.

Amazing Stay! Would book AGAIN!
What a welcoming place to kick back at after spending 7 days on a small riverboat on the Mekong. The room is spacious, well appointed & the bathroom is luxurious! Perfect after a long day at the temples. The staff is so hospital & friendly. The breakfast buffet is delish! One day for sunrise at Angkor they even packed a breakfast at no extra charge (though the monkeys ate it). If you like smaller hotels with a bit more personalized attention - this is the place for you! I would defintely stay here again!

Nice hotel, 15-20 min walk from Pub Street.
Nice hotel overall, but should not be charged for having a girl stay when the room you book is for 2 people anyway. I understand the policy and why the try and do it but when you have a local girl you know come over and you're charged extra that is not right.

Not terrible, but better options in Siem Reap
This was our third trip to Siem Reap in two years, and our usual hotel was booked, so we decided to try this one. I was pleased when the hotel reached out prior to our stay to arrange pickup from the airport. Unfortunately, the follow-through on their service was quite poor. No driver met us at the airport, and after connecting to wifi to call the hotel via skype they insisted that they had no record of our transport request. They continued to insist this even after we took a taxi to the property, and showed them the e-mails they had written to us! It was a little baffling: they were looking at an e-mail from themselves to us confirming our flight numbers and transportation, and still insisting that we had never arranged transport. Unfortunately the service didn't get better. We arranged a breakfast for the next morning to take away for our earlier departure. Maybe we shouldn't have been surprised when the breakfast never appeared. The room was nice and clean. The property is fine. It's a little far from the center. After our experience, we wouldn't stay there again.
