Very kind and helpful hotel staff. Secure bike storage inside of the building. Nice view from the 7th floor. They were able to provide gluten free bread / Brötchen for breakfast. Unfortunately the room and wellness part (pool and sauna) were not clean enough.

Good stopover

Great place for a stopover. Buffet breakfast was varied and good. We hadn’t realised that the hotel is in the low emission zone and fines are possible if you don’t have a sticker in advance (obv not the hotel’s fault)

Super Hotel mit leckeres Frühstück und nettes Personal. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein Pool. Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder und fühlen uns rundum wohl. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle nochmal bei allen bedanken. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Das Zimmer war sauber.Allerdings waren die Matratzen nicht gut.Der Wasserhahn im Bad locker.Die Dusche hatte zuviel Druck,musste sie beim Duschen abnehmen.Das Frühstück war in Ordnung,das Personal freundlich.Würde aber statt 4 Sterne eher 3 sagen.

Das Einchecken war problemlos und die Empfangsdame war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte eine angenehme Größe.Hervorzuheben sind der vorhandene Kühlschrank sowie die Kapselkaffeemaschine zur kostenlosen Nutzung.Der Zustand des Bades konnte leider nicht ganz mit dem Zimmer mithalten.Das ist sehr schade,denn mit wenig Aufwand z.B.Duschkopf austauschen, kaputte Steckdose erneuern usw.könnte man eine wesentliche Verbesserung herbeiführen.Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und Sonderwünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt.Nach einem umfangreichen und qualitativ guten Frühstück konnte der Tag beginnen.
