The room was not very clean. We even changed rooms because the bathroom was unacceptable. Property was very rundown with Mom pop fixed. No breakfast which they advertised and the queen bed was an old standard double. Felt misrepresented by the add in expedia

I feel for the property owners. The location is downtown Sidney and I'm sure most people stay at the newer hotels just off the 80 exit. This hotel is a couple miles off the highway. The Expedia ad indicates that they have breakfast. They don't. The clerk explained they were having to throw it away everyday because too few people were eating it. Room was clean and had the smell of being recently sanitized. Amenities were fine though the property is old, it was adequate and worth the price for an overnight stay.

No breakfast, bathroom has a hole w cold air coming in, freezing floor, no breakfast as described and had to fix wake manager for Internet promised. But the worst was the higher charge to the credit card. I should get money back for the fake breakfast and screwed up Internet claim

I know You don't like because .you not follow police and Smoke inside room for Non Smoking rooms .Ones we charged for smoking cleaning fees .We already let you know checking time No breakfast This time for lower Occupancy .If you not like You can cancel Room That time .

nice stay
As good as a Rodeway stay can get. Appears to be a renovated older hotel, so it was roomier than usual. Got a good night's sleep which is my main criteria. Unlike most hotels located off the interstate, this one is in downtown Sidney. So, it's quieter and you have the option of frequenting local businesses.

The check-in process was easy. The registration clerk was friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean and nice considering the age of the property. The mattress was very uncomfortable in room 111.

Good hotel for the price.
Good hotel for the price. Don’t expect luxury. It was clean and has been updated. It is located downtown not on the interstate so it was very quiet. The mattress was too firm for me but my husband slept ok.

The bathroom wasn’t very nice. Very small toilet, and no sink/counter space for any toiletries. The mattress was extremely soft, and therefore very difficult to sleep on. Breakfast in the morning was rather pathetic. There were hardly any options (no fruit, yogurt, bagels, muffins, etc). There were waffles and toast, but no butter. And no traditional breakfast juice. They had kiddie drink boxes in kiddie flavors (such as fruit punch).

We stay here every summer when visiting our kids and grandkids, and we love it! Clean rooms, air conditioning, centrally located to town, it’s a great hotel run by a great family!

Yuck
The hotel was dirty and outdated. There were hundreds of bugs on our window sill. The breakfast in the morning was very small with limited options and no butter for the waffles.

I guess the photos were deceiving. Although decent for the price it was not as nice as the pictures. Paint was peeling in my shower and the room itself gave the appearance of an old apartment if I'm being honest. The staff was wonderful. I just wish the property was the same!

The checking process was very easy. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and made me feel welcome. He told me all about breakfast and everything else that was needed to know about our stay. Very nice place and I recommend it to anyone

Not even close to an 8.4 rating!
This hotel has an 8.4 rating an it is old and in need of some serious remodeling ( cracks in walls, tile and lacking doors). I have also been to more luxurious hotels that did not charge me an additional fees… if you state that the establishment is .”pet-friendly “ then this amenity is included! Especially if there is NO carpeting!! Which this hotel also lacks
