"imagine a hotel/apart doesnt have soap and no shampoo neither. no contact answering you...."

"Hotel is not that far from the airport, very clean and located near food and other options."

"Hotel is extremely close to the beach which is beautiful. Staff was friendly and food was great. Hotel room was clean and hotel overall was kept very near and well organized. Breakfast was great!"

"I’m very disappointed in the staff and the dishonesty they shared with me during my stay. The AC was not properly functioning and they mentioned that within 1-1h30 they would bring a technician and the AC would be working correctly. This dragged all day back and fourth. At night it was no longer possible to sleep in the room, I felt like I was closed in a closet and suffocating because of the heat. They offered the option to change rooms. The night was long and the AC was not functioning well in...

"Not up to I the standard expected so …."

"I requested pillows and bed cover without feathers due to allergies, the night on 29 October 2926, it took them 3 hours to bring what we requested the pillows and the bed covers smelled bad they were in storage"

"Great location, beach access, nice apartment with balcony, pool is small, unheated, not meant to swim in, really, ... the irony of the apartment lays in the fact that with all the amenities like refrigerator dishwasher washing machine there were absolutely no glasses, cups, utensils and silverware to cook or serve anything . we had to use bathroom cups to serve the water . we were lucky that we included breakfast with our stay otherwise we would have to go and get everything from the mall next...

"Staff was good. Overworked."

"Tip top"

"Amazing staff who went above and beyond for us and the property was clean but a little Older"

"Roof top is nice . But no swimming pool"

"Hôtel très correct, pratique pour les déplacements professionnels dans le quartier de Casa Finance City. Proximité tramway et toutes commodité, super rooftop pour les fins de journée et personnel très serviable et très à l’écoute."

"What I loved most about this property was its excellent location, right next to the beautiful Hassan II Mosque. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the mosque, which made our stay even more special. The hotel was clean, and overall, everything was excellent. The only disappointment was the lack of hot water. Unfortunately, having a shower with cold water on a chilly November evening was quite uncomfortable and made the experience less pleasant. Hot water is a basic...
