A huge thank you to Moatez at the reception desk, who welcomed us with a smile from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always happy to help. He made us feel genuinely welcome, and his positive attitude made a great first impression. I also want to thank Sharif from the Reservations team. He was so helpful before we even arrived, making sure everything was arranged perfectly and answering all of our questions promptly. His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across people who truly care about making guests feel comfortable, and both Moatez and Sharif went above and beyond. Their hospitality is a big reason why our stay was so memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, but it’s the people who make it stand out. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience.
