Very nicely designed, massive public areas, located in a very peaceful hilly setting, very large rooms, amazing pools and a waterfall feature. Only issue for me were the poorly maintained guestrooms, with low quality soft furnishings. My room had both shower knobs falling off after each use. A few other lack of easy required maintenence issues that really should be immediately addressed."

"My family stayed at hotel Politeama for a night before heading to the ferry for Morettimo. From the cleanliness of the room, to the amazing breakfast, it was a perfect stay! Great location, friendly staff, and I would like to especially call out the INCREDIBLE Concierge, Dorotea! She went out of her way to ensure that we could change our rental car drop off location and help us get a shuttle to the Ferry. She was always willing to help and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and even offered suggestions on where to take my wife for her birthday! We cannot say enough about her and we hope to be able to stay there again in the future!"
